The Process

Professional Broker identifies a need for the client to review/apply for a new home loan.

Step 2.

Broker completes the Fact Find
and collects supporting
documents from the client.

Step 3.

Broker emails documents to think tank and then waits for the loan options.

Please note,  there is a detailed 87 step process that will explain how we settle your clients' loan.

Step 4.

Broker to arrange a time to sign the Loan Application and compliance documents with the client.

Step 5.

Broker to arrange a time to sign mortgage documents with the client and send back to lender. 
Clients loan is then settled.
